what is the meaning? i prefer coffee to tea , i cant help meeting friends.

I prefer coffee to tea means that I would rather drink coffee than tea.

I can't help meeting friends means that I can't prevent meeting friends/I can not resist to meet friends/I don't want to wait too long to meet friends/I am looking forward to meeting friends. Any suggestion? Tell us here!
